StEp 1: REPORT
When residents notice broken objects and dangerous situations in public space, they report these incidents via Reppido. Reports, including their status, are shown on a real-time map.
STEP 2: MONITOR AND MANAGE
When receiving a report, it will automatically be registered and assigned to the correct operative. These reports can be monitored and managed effectively at any time during the process.
STEP 3: RESOLVE
The assigned operative can easily resolve the report using the correct information. The resident responsible for reporting the situation will be notified as soon as the report has been solved.

Reppido Citizen is the platform in which residents can easily report all incidents in their public space. Select your location, take a photo of the incident and send it to the correct municipality. The municipality will immediately get to work in order to solve the incident.
Reppido Municipality works as a central system for municipalities to use for receiving and recording reports in a structured manner. Automatic workflows and smart reports will give a good overview. Employees no longer have to process reports manually.
Reppido Caretaker can be used on your tablet or phone and offers a completely digital workflow. The app contains a map in which notifications are shown so you can create a smart route. As a result, incident in public space are resolved faster.
