Members of the public identify issues within the public space and report them through Reppido. These reports, including their live status, are shown on a real-time map.

Reppido is an HTML 5 application, provided as software as a service (SaaS). SaaS solutions are web-based and only require a web browser to use, which means that you do not have to install any software to use Reppido. All you need is a device with an internet connection.
